Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Staff member to support daily production activities and ensure smooth operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment and possess a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment as instructed.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic machine checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Monitor raw material usage and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
- Assist in packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation when required.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good physical stamina and willingness to work on the production floor.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Preferred)
- Any technical qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment.

Reporting To
Production Supervisor / Production Manager
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
