1. Tender Executive
Job Summary:
The Tender Executive is responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, quotations, and related documentation for government and private sector projects. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids while maintaining compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders through online portals and other sources.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
- Review tender specifications, drawings, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, purchase, and technical teams for required documents and pricing.
- Maintain records of all tenders, quotations, and bid submissions.
- Handle online tender submissions on portals such as GEM, e-Procurement, and other government portals.
- Follow up on tender status, approvals, and purchase orders.
- Prepare EMD, security deposit, and other tender-related documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certificates, and licenses required for tender participation.
- Communicate with clients regarding tender clarifications and requirements.
- Maintain MIS reports and tender tracking data.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of tendering and bidding processes.
- Familiarity with GEM Portal and e-tendering platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (BE, B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in tender handling or sales coordination.
- Experience in industrial products or engineering industry preferred.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Government tender procedures.
- Vendor registration process.
- Commercial documentation and compliance requirements.
Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
