We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) with 1+ year of experience in generating business through online platforms and acquiring new clients for IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prepare proposals, communicate with clients, and negotiate project terms.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in online bidding or IT business development.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of web, mobile, and software development services.
- Target-oriented with strong client-handling skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding or business development.
