Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions over phone
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information
- Verify and manage customer leads and documents
- Maintain and update records in CRM/software
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Learn company processes and products efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, Collections, Loan Processing or Verification will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
