We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PG Assistant Teacher to join our academic team. As a PG Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our senior secondary students, preparing them for higher education and competitive excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the prescribed board syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Academic Excellence: Prepare students for board examinations through rigorous practice, assessments, and personalized feedback.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor to senior students, providing career guidance and emotional support during critical academic years.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Assessment: Design question papers, evaluate scripts, and maintain detailed records of student progress.
- Collaboration: Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development workshops.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree (Postgraduation) in (Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Commerce, Economics) from a recognized university.
- Professional Certification: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching senior secondary classes (11th & 12th) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, Smart Boards, and educational software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
