Experience - 6+ Years
Location - Hyderabad & Pune
Should have a 6 +years IT experience out of which a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience/knowledge in the following tool(s):
o\u2003\u2003Development and support of Asset Discovery tool, in particular MicroFocus UCMDB (Universal CMDB) and UD (Universal Discovery) is a must *
o\u2003\u2003Strong knowledge/experience on RestFul API or Python is essential
o\u2003\u2003Experience on UCMDB TQL, Integrations, UD Agent based discovery
o\u2003\u2003Understanding of various discovery modules in UCMDB including cloud discoveries.
o\u2003\u2003Experience on at least one of these tools (Intellij, Git, NodeJS 10 or Maven) is desirable but not essential
o\u2003\u2003Microsoft Windows server administration 2012R2 / 2014
o\u2003\u2003Microsoft SQL 2014 or above including SSRS / SSIS
o\u2003\u2003Microsoft IIS / Tomcat Apache
o\u2003\u2003Programming language, in particular
\u00a7\u2003\u2003T-SQL (SP, Functions, complex scripts)
\u00a7\u2003\u2003Python
\u00a7\u2003\u2003Batch,
\u00a7\u2003\u2003VB.net
\u00a7\u2003\u2003Shell script
\u2022\u2003\u2003Should have worked on installation, troubleshooting and administration of UCMDB / UD product.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Qualification in ITIL V3 Foundation is desirable but not essential
\u2022\u2003\u2003Adaptable and quick learner an advantage
\u2022\u2003\u2003Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
\u2022\u2003\u2003Responsible for production support for the infrastructure service owned by team.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Deliver projects to support technical and business solution individually with minimum guidance.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Manage and monitor application infrastructure and ensure application infrastructure operate at optimal level.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Participate in and respond reliably to user request/query and support on-call.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Understand & analyze business requirements and deliver technical solution.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Responsible for day to day enhancement, development and operational support of service management application Infrastructure and tools.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Provide technical inputs to streamline or automate process and identify risk appropriately.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Person should have working knowledge on configuration, application installation, application upgrade, troubleshooting and administration of some of the above products
\u2022\u2003\u2003Responsible for deployment of infrastructure for above SM tools and good hands on knowledge on server administration, IIS, Microsoft SQL, SQL Scripting, API and programing language.
\u2022\u2003\u2003Responsible for day to day Infrastructure or application upgrade task to meet Evergreening requirements.
