Roles & Responsibility -
Position Details – Client Relationship Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow up regularly with clients regarding orders, payments, feedback, and ongoing services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and timely support.
- Provide complete information about company products and services to clients and participants.
- Maintain client records, track interactions, and ensure excellent after-sales service experience.
Please Note –
- Office Timing - 10 AM to 7 PM
- Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
