Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Diploma Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to support infrastructure and plant-related civil activities across our Khapoli and Asangaon facilities. The role involves site supervision, project coordination, and ensuring quality and timely execution of civil works within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities at plant sites
- Prepare project estimates, costings, and proposals for civil works
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution
- Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct quality checks and implement quality control measures at site
- Review drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Maintain documentation, reports, and site records
- Support plant infrastructure development and maintenance activities
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction (preferably in industrial/manufacturing setups)
- Basic knowledge of estimation, billing, and project coordination
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and quality standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel between Khapoli and Asangaon plant locations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in factory/plant infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic drawing interpretation
- Understanding of safety practices in industrial environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
