Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- General Accounting:
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, allocating, and posting financial data.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Perform general ledger accounting and ensure reconciliation with bank statements.
- Handle journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and send out customer invoices and follow up on receivables.
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and other disbursements.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers regularly.
- Tax Compliance & Statutory Payments:
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory returns, such as GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of statutory obligations like Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax.
- Payroll Processing:
- Handle payroll accounting and salary disbursements.
- Calculate and process employee salaries, deductions, and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations related to payroll.
- Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management:
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for smooth operations.
- Assist in managing cash, credit, and banking processes.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Collaborate with various departments for financial information and updates.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and statutory bodies when necessary.
Key Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Freshers and 3-5 Years of Experience relevant experience in accounting.
An Accounts Executive ensures smooth financial operations, working closely with finance managers and senior accountants to support financial decision-making. The role demands diligence, integrity, and a proactive approach to managing financial records.
