Qualification - B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical. Preferred - NICMAR / PMP
Our client is a Leading EPC Company with projects all over India.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
* Ensure project delivery within defined cost, quality, scope and timelines.
* Manage planning, scheduling, resources, risks, change control and project operations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
* Drive project strategy, risk mitigation, and value engineering.
* Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning functions.
* Drive cost control, claims management, and margin protection.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Lead, develop, and manage project teams.
* Oversee project documentation, reporting, escalations, and governance.
Ideal Candidate:
A senior EPC professional with 25+ years of experience, including at least 10 years in a leadership role, with strong cross-functional and project delivery expertise.
