- Lead the floor during peak hours to ensure fast, high-quality service.
- Welcome guests, manage reservations, and step in to resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Open and close the restaurant, ensuring the dining room, kitchen, and washrooms are pristine and inspection-ready.
- Audit food quality and maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Team Leadership & HR
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new waitstaff and hosts.
- Create shift schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels for all meal periods.
- Motivate the team, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching. [1, 2, 3]
Inventory & Financial Management
- Oversee daily cash handling, balancing registers, and processing payroll.
- Manage stock levels, place orders for ingredients and kitchenware, and reduce wastage.
- Track food and beverage costs to maximize profitability and identify opportunities for upselling. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
