Job Description :
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2018 and other Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Conduct in-process inspections by verifying components as per the Bill of Materials used in manufacturing; prepare checklists in line with QMS guidelines
- Monitor and track the incoming defect rate at sites for finished goods dispatched from the factory
- Maintain and manage quality documentation, including ISO-related records; actively participate in ISO audits
- Prepare SOPs, ready reckoners, and regularly review documentation in the QC department
- Capture and document non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) for effective resolution
- Actively participate in Toolbox talks, A3 reports, and 8D analysis for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues in real time
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain discipline within the work area
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints or quality issues
