Role Summary
Your main job is to go shop-to-shop on the field, meet buyers, and bring daily orders from electrical shops, wholesale dealers, and local builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Field Visits: Visit electrical shops daily on a shop-to-shop basis to showcase and sell our products.
- Bring Orders: Collect product orders from local electrical retailers, big dealers, and market distributors.
- Connect with Builders: Meet local building contractors and real estate builders to get bulk orders for their construction projects.
- Achieve Targets: Complete monthly sales and order targets given by the company.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from the shops after order delivery.
- Daily Reporting: Report your daily visits, orders, and market feedback to the management.
Location & Travel Rules
- Local Knowledge: You must live in the assigned zone and know your home district and nearby districts very well.
- 100% Field Job: You must travel daily within your area to meet clients.
- Travel Cost: All your official traveling costs will be fully paid (reimbursed) by the company.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in field sales (Experience selling electrical items, hardware, or building materials is a plus).
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) and a smartphone.
- Language: Must speak clear Hindi and know local dialects to talk easily with shopkeepers.
- Skills: Good talking and negotiation skills with a strong desire to sell.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
