We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our operations team as an Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business decision-making through financial analysis and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial and operational activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and working capital.
- Develop and implement internal controls and operational policies.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory reports.
- Assist management in strategic planning and business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (or as per organizational requirement).
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
