- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently processing guest arrivals and departures, assigning rooms, handling payments, and issuing keys.
- Reservations: Managing bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Communication: Screening calls, taking messages, responding to emails, and relaying information between guests and staff.
- Administrative Support: Organizing files, managing mail, ordering supplies, data entry, and maintaining office security.
- Problem Solving: Addressing guest complaints, resolving issues, and fulfilling special requests promptly.
- Coordination: Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Financial Handling: Processing payments, managing cash floats, and balancing cash drawers.
