Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with strong communication skills to identify, qualify, and generate potential leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with prospects, understanding their requirements, and scheduling follow-ups to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and online research
- Contact potential customers to introduce company products/services
- Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on set criteria
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or internal systems
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Follow up on existing leads to ensure conversion
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image during all interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience & Education
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
- Any graduate / undergraduate (education can be flexible for the right candidate)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
