We are looking for an Industrial IT & Process Monitoring Executive to manage the factory’s day-to-day IT requirements and monitor digital production processes through tablets installed at different machines/workstations.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT hardware and network connectivity, ensuring tablets and process-monitoring applications are working properly, and monitoring whether production operators are correctly and timely updating process information in the system.
Key Responsibilities
IT Hardware & Infrastructure
· Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
· Troubleshoot hardware, Windows, software and peripheral-related issues.
· Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
· Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and network connectivity.
· Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems and other network-connected devices.
Tablet & Shop-Floor System Management
· Maintain and monitor tablets installed at production machines/workstations.
· Ensure tablets remain connected to Wi-Fi/network and required applications are functioning properly.
· Troubleshoot tablet hardware, software, application and connectivity issues.
· Configure and deploy new tablets whenever required.
· Maintain tablet user access, application settings and device records.
· Coordinate with software/application vendors for technical issues when required.
Production Process Monitoring
· Monitor production/process information being updated through shop-floor tablets.
· Ensure operators are entering required production data correctly and on time.
· Check whether defined production stages/processes are being followed and updated in the system.
· Identify missing, delayed or incorrect process entries and coordinate with the concerned production team.
· Monitor pending jobs, process delays and exceptions visible through the digital monitoring system.
· Escalate recurring process deviations or system-related issues to the concerned department.
· Assist management in tracking production flow and process compliance through digital dashboards and reports.
Required Skills
· Computer hardware and software troubleshooting

· Ability to understand manufacturing processes and workflows

Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc. IT in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related technical field.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both in the IT department and on the factory shop floor.
This role is not related to mechanical or electrical machine maintenance. The main responsibility is to ensure that IT systems, tablets and digital production-process monitoring are functioning correctly and that shop-floor process data is being properly recorded and monitored.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
