About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern to support both Human Resources and Administration functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee lifecycle management, office administration, and day-to-day operational activities. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
* Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
* Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
* Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Administration
* Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining inventory records.
* Coordinate with vendors for office requirements and facility maintenance.
* Support housekeeping, pantry, and office maintenance activities.
* Assist in asset management, including employee ID cards, laptops, and other office equipment.
* Coordinate courier services, stationery requests, and other administrative requirements.
* Maintain administrative records and support day-to-day office operations.
* Assist in organizing meetings, conference rooms, and company events.
* Ensure the workplace remains organized, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.
Preferred Skills
* Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
* Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn.
* Basic knowledge of office administration and vendor coordination.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
