Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Zoho Books, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
Process invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Use AI tools to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, BBA) – Mandatory
Master’s Degree (MBA Finance, M.Com) – Preferred
CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
