Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and update ledgers, cash books, and bank reconciliations.
- Record journal entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns and related reconciliations.
- Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of tax-related documents.
Audit & Financial Reporting
- Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Prepare financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
- Support finalization of accounts and year-end closing activities.
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
- Collect and verify financial information and supporting documents.
- Resolve client queries related to accounts and statutory filings.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, tax filings, and audit documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Experience:
1-2 Years
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
