JOB SUMMARY
Looking for a Customer Support & Implementation Executive to manage onboarding, implementation & support for WorkVEU’s real estate CRM platform. The role involves working closely with real estate agents, builders, and channel partners to ensure smooth adoption of the WorkVEU Module, including applications & document management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Implement WorkVEU CRM for new clients (real estate developers, brokers, channel partners)
· Training & Enablement
- Conduct onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs
· Reporting & Tracking
- Handle client queries & coordinate with tech team for enhancements
- Monitor client usage, adoption, and engagement
- Generate reports on pipeline, payments, and document progress
- Share insights with internal teams for product improvement

- Ability to communicate clearly & explain concepts in simple language
