Job Description
The Sales Associate will support the Business Development team by identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and assisting in the execution of the sales process. The role involves lead generation, inbound and outbound calling, scheduling client meetings, preparing sales proposals and work orders, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial engagement to deal closure.
This position is ideal for a proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or real estate consulting, who possesses strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build relationships while contributing to business growth and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound sales activities.
· Understand client requirements and schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and lead nurturing.
· Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, work orders, and other sales documentation.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and track the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
· Manage client communication and provide timely updates throughout the sales process.
· Follow up on proposals, documentation, and payment collections to support deal closure.
· Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, lead trackers, and activity updates.
· Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
· Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and professional service.

Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
· Basic understanding of CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent) preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes and sales documentation (proposals, quotations, work orders)
· Familiarity with digital lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn and email outreach
· Basic understanding of the real estate industry and developer ecosystem (Preferred)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
· Strong lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up skills
· Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred
· 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, real estate consulting, or developer-facing sales roles
· Basic understanding of lead generation, sales processes, CRM tools, and client relationship management.
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Demonstrated ability to achieve assigned sales targets and activity metrics.
