We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Agreeing and managing budgets.
- Creating staff roster
- Planning menus.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Taking reservations.
- Greeting and advising customers.
- Problem solving.
- Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
- Keeping statistical and financial records.
- Assessing and improving profitability.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Preferred Candidates in Restaurant background expereince
- Freshers Candidates not Considerd
- Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience can also be considered.
- Proven experience of working as a, Restaurant in Charge or a similar role in F&B Service Department.
