Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate our telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, training telecallers, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telecallers.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve productivity.
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups through CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and team efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Target-driven and team-oriented mindset.
