Overview
Build The Blueprint and Arc & Eden are looking for Creative Content & Social Media Associates to help build and manage our digital presence. The role involves creating content, managing social media, developing campaigns and growing a community around architecture, design and culture. We are looking for creative individuals who are proactive, highly visual and excited about building something meaningful from the ground up.
Required Skills
- Prior experience managing social media accounts, content creation or marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Ability to write captions and communicate clearly.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.
- Understanding of reels, short-form content and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and campaign execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe After Effects.
- Canva.
- Lightroom.
- Figma.
- Meta Business Suite.
- Analytics and performance tracking.
- Photography and videography.
- Interest in architecture, interiors and design culture.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Own and manage Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan and schedule posts, stories and reels.
- Monitor engagement and audience growth.
- Respond to DMs and comments when required.
Content Creation
- Develop content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Write captions and assist with copywriting.
- Create and edit reels and short-form videos.
- Work closely with the design team to develop graphics and assets.
Marketing & Promotions
- Support promotional campaigns for Build The Blueprint and Arc & Eden.
- Coordinate announcements, launches and collaborations.
- Assist in growing the community and audience.
Community Building
- Engage with students, architects and creators.
- Help manage WhatsApp groups and mailing lists.
- Support partnerships and collaborations from a content perspective.
Event Coverage
- Assist with BTS content and event documentation.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers.
- Capture and repurpose content during events and meetings.
