Job Summary
We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our luxury diamond jewellery store in South Extension, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for luxury retail, and experience in jewellery or premium retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting diamond and fine jewellery products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle product demonstrations, billing, and sales documentation.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, diamond specifications, and current collections.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or jewellery sales will be an advantage.
