Job summary
EINS is looking for a marketing executive to manage marketing operations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, manage CRM and marketing data, execute campaigns, and improve business processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, curious, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
· Conduct market and competitor research, identify industry and marketing trends, and source the best vendors for business requirements.
· Research best practices for digital marketing, content, and marketing collaterals across various platforms.
· Prepare briefs for creative, digital, and marketing agencies, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Coordinate with vendors, agencies, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely execution of sales and marketing activities.
· Manage logistics for customer deliveries, events, and marketing activities to enhance the overall customer experience.
· Coordinate and execute marketing activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
· Maintain and update customer data in Zoho CRM, including data imports from Excel, lead tracking, and lead nurturing.
· Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
· Segment customer databases and prepare sales and marketing reports, dashboards, and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).
· Create and maintain SOPs, recommend process improvements, and ensure timely closure of action items.
· Manage vendor onboarding, quotations, documentation, and coordination of vendor payments.
· Manage marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, flyers, case studies, and product documents.
· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Skills & knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and email marketing on zoho
- Strong desktop research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process improvement.
Preferred candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing management, CRM Management, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience from any industry is welcome.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Organized, process-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
