Candidate from parking solutions (E.g. RR Parkon, Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd, Wipro PARI, WÖHR Parking Systems, Otis Worldwide Corp, TAR PARKING, OMER, Vynk Parking )and Real Estate consumable are preferable and welcome. We are looking for an energetic and technically inclined Sales Engineer to expand our presence across residential and commercial real estate projects. This role involves technical understanding of products, engaging with builders, developers, and architects, and presenting tailored parking solutions based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and connect with potential clients in the real estate industry.
· Present and promote Nextkraft’s mechanical parking systems with technical clarity.
· Conduct site visits, assess space and site conditions, and recommend solutions.
· Share proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Coordinate with internal technical teams for post-sales execution.
· Track project pipelines and maintain regular client follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate:
· Graduate in engineering or related technical field.
· 2+ years of technical sales experience in parking systems, elevator industry, or construction infrastructure.
· Strong technical understanding, communication, and client-handling skills.
· Willing to travel across Mumbai & Pune region for meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
