Job Summary
An Education Counsellor guides students in selecting suitable academic programs, colleges, universities, and career paths. The role involves understanding students' educational goals, providing accurate information about courses and admissions, and supporting them throughout the application and enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and educational pathways.
- Assess students' interests, skills, and academic backgrounds to recommend appropriate courses.
- Provide information about admission requirements, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and deadlines.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and admission teams.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
- Keep updated on educational trends, university policies, and program offerings.
- Maintain student records and counseling reports in CRM systems.
- Achieve enrollment and admission targets where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred (depending on the organization).
- Certification in career counseling is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
