Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing and executing landscape projects for large residential townships, gated communities, Hi Rise apartments, mixed-use developments, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed design proposals.
- Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, hardscape designs, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
- Select appropriate plant species, landscape materials, water features, and outdoor amenities suitable for local climatic conditions.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, municipal regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Conduct site visits and supervise landscape execution to ensure quality and design compliance.
- Review BOQs, specifications, vendor submissions, and contractor work.Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape planning, site development, planting design, and hardscape detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, and MS Office.Experience in residential township, real estate, hospitality, or urban development projects.
- Excellent design presentation, coordination, and project management skills.
- Good understanding of sustainable landscape practices, irrigation systems, and local plant species.
Preferred Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture.
- Experience working with real estate developers, architectural firms, or landscape consulting organizations.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept design through execution.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
