Job Description:
As a Hair Trainer at Orane International Hyderabad, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive hair training programs to our students. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our students receive top-notch education and practical experience. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Instruction:
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans that meet the standards of Orane International Hyderabad.
- Provide personalized attention and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Student Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess students' progress through written and practical examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Curriculum Development:
- Assist in the development and updating of training materials and curriculum.
- Incorporate new techniques, trends, and technologies into the training program.
- Classroom Management:
- Ensure a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Manage classroom dynamics and address any student concerns promptly and professionally.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and techniques.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Equipment and Inventory Management:
- Maintain and manage training equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all tools and products are used correctly and safely.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote and enforce sanitary practices for students, trainers, and the training environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hair Trainer or Hair Stylist.
- Certification or diploma in Hairdressing from a recognized institution.
- In-depth knowledge of hair techniques, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience and excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and continuous learning.
