Job Summary
Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional design skills, creative thinking, branding expertise, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
- Develop brand identities, logos, brochures, presentations, banners, flyers, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging graphics for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Design website layouts, landing pages, UI mockups, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, video, and development teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.
- Review and mentor junior designers to maintain high-quality creative standards.
- Ensure all final designs are production-ready and optimized for digital and print use.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Experience designing for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and print media.
- Excellent creativity with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe XD or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing or IT Services company.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
