Key Responsibilities
* Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
* Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired on time.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
* Monitor workshop productivity and service quality.
* Coordinate with spare parts and warranty departments.
* Track service targets, revenue, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Prepare reports for dealership management.
* Ensure compliance with company and safety standards.
* Train and guide service team members.

Typical Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in automotive service operations (usually 3–8+ years, depending on the dealership).
* Experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Supervisor, or similar role is often preferred.
