About the Role
We are hiring dynamic Sales Officers for our Home Loan division in Bengaluru. This is a field sales role focused on generating home loan leads and building business through local networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build contacts for lead referrals from: Town Planning/Panchayat Offices, Small Builders, Contractors, Civil Engineers, Hardware Stores, Real Estate Brokers, Developers, and Sub-Registrar Offices
- Promote home loan products and schemes to commercial, industrial, and residential customers
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and marketing materials at identified locations
- Identify new construction projects through market visits
- Conduct initial screening of loan proposals using Tab Application and communicate in-principle approval to customers
- Coordinate for proposal appraisal, sanction process, and collect processing fees
- Complete post-sanction documentation
Eligibility:
- Education: 12th with Any Graduate
- Experience: 0-3 Years. (Freshers can also apply)
- Field sales experience preferred
- Age: 21 - 28 Years

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
