Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Execution)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (Execution) to oversee and coordinate the execution of high-rise residential projects using MIVAN construction technology. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution, quality compliance, safety adherence, resource management, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing civil, structural, finishing, and MEP activities.
- Monitor daily site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure proper implementation of MIVAN shuttering systems and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and identify delays; initiate corrective actions to achieve milestones.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
- Review and verify contractor bills, work measurements, and progress reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely solutions.
- Support project handover and snag rectification activities.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in execution of high-rise residential projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with MIVAN technology.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
