Do you want to be a hero to customers by resolving their complex accounting and tax calculation queries? Are you good with computers and Windows Operating systems? We are looking for Technical/Customer Support Agents to join our support team in Hyderabad as well as providing telephone, email and remote assistance to our UK customers as part of our Customer Support Team.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or accounting-related roles.
- Excellent English communication – written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with different types of Accounting software and tax calculation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, organisational & interpersonal skills,
- Passion for resolving customer issues with patience and professionalism.

- MBA in Finance or Accounting
