Hiring: Sales Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: B.E. (Preferred) / Any Graduate can apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and maintain documentation.
- Handle emails (reading, drafting, and responding professionally).
- Maintain records and reports in MS Excel.
- Work with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, HLOOKUP, and other formulas.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
- Manage day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain records in Tally.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Tally.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Professional email drafting and handling.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Candidate:
- B.E. candidates are preferred; however, graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Freshers with strong Excel knowledge can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
