Job Description: A work from home job opportunity for an accounting company working with clients in Canada and based at Chandigarh. A smart Candidate who can work US Canada shift starting at (07:00 PM-03:00 AM.)
- Managing end-to-end residential mortgage application processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to financial institutions.
- co-ordinating with clients to collect and verify required documentation and followed up on pending requirements in a timely manner.
- Prepare and support the development of business plans for business and commercial loans/mortgage approval cases.
- Maintain audit records for approved cases, ensuring all documentation is properly completed, signed, and securely recorded
- Bookkeeping
Skill set:
- To Keep track of online documents related to orders, Offers, Banks, Billing and Administrative works etc.
- To have thorough knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in English language.
- To have a professional attitude and exhibit excellent work ethics.
- Excellent communication skills
