Responsible for managing, issuing, and maintaining stationery and office supplies used across hospital departments such as HR, Nursing, Billing, OPD, IPD, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Administration. Key Responsibilities Maintain stock of stationery items such as: Pens, pencils, markers Files and folders Registers and log books Printer paper and photocopy paper Envelopes and letterheads Patient forms and hospital documents ID card materials and office supplies Receive stationery items from vendors and verify quantities. Maintain stock registers and inventory records. Issue stationery to departments as per requisitions. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. Prepare monthly consumption and stock reports. Coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment. Ensure proper storage and organization of stationery items. Maintain accurate records
