Appsysco Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop data-driven strategies that maximize conversions, improve ROAS, and deliver measurable business results for clients across the USA, Canada, Australia, and UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve leads, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Develop compelling ad copy and effective audience targeting strategies.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid search, display advertising, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign measurement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
