Job Description: Accountant (Semi-Qualified CA)
Position Overview: Nivara Diamonds Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. The Accountant will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.
3. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
4. Assist in the preparation of annual audits and coordinate with auditors.
5. Support inventory accounting and valuation for the jewelry business.
6. Provide financial insights to aid in decision-making and cost optimization.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial reporting.
8. Handle payroll processing and related statutory compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter cleared) with relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws, GST, and TDS.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in the jewelry or retail industry is a plus.
