Position: Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and business correspondence.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Executive.
- Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders for timely updates.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and files.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking action items.
- Organize events, conferences, and business visits as required.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks to support the Executive Office.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in corporate, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or manufacturing industries preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
