1. Purpose
Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its academic publication and journal support services. To strengthen our peer-review and manuscript evaluation process, we invite experienced academicians and research professionals to join our panel of Freelance Academic Reviewers.
The selected reviewers will assist in evaluating research manuscripts, providing technical comments, recommending suitable journals, and supporting authors throughout the publication process.

Reporting To: Publication & Research Department
Nature of Work: Project-based
3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:
Academic Qualifications
- Master's Degree, Ph.D., or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline.
- Strong academic and research background.
Professional Experience
Applicants should satisfy most or all of the following:
- Minimum 5 years of academic and technical experience.
- Published research articles in Scopus-indexed and/or Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals.
- Experience in reviewing research manuscripts.
- Experience serving as:
- Journal Reviewer
- Editorial Board Member
- Associate Editor
- Editor
- Currently working or previously worked as:
- Professor
- Associate Professor
- Assistant Professor
- Research Scientist
- Subject Matter Expert
- Associated with any recognized:
- University
- College
- Research Institute

4. Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants having experience in:
- Scopus publication process
- Web of Science journals

- Technical manuscript editing
- Plagiarism evaluation
- Journal selection
- Publication ethics

5. Roles & Responsibilities
The Freelance Academic Reviewer shall be responsible for:
- Reviewing assigned research manuscripts.
- Providing technical observations and reviewer comments.
- Evaluating novelty, originality, methodology, and quality of research.
- Suggesting improvements before submission.
- Assisting in selecting appropriate indexed journals.
- Maintaining complete confidentiality of manuscripts.
- Following ethical publication practices.
- Meeting agreed review timelines.
- Communicating professionally with the Publication Team.
