We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to understand user needs.
● Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
● Design polished UI layouts, components, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into elegant solutions.
● Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability findings.
● Work with developers to ensure design accuracy and implementation quality.
● Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
● Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related role.
● Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.).
● Good understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
● Basic knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
● Strong visual design sense typography, layout, color theory, spacing.
● Ability to present and communicate design concepts clearly.
● A solid design portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.
Good to Have
● Experience with HTML/CSS basics.
● Familiarity with design systems.
● Motion/interaction design skills (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).
