About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Customer Support Associate to join our . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for US-based customers, managing both inbound and outbound communication while ensuring rigorous adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers, ensuring a high standard of professional service at all times.
- Verification & Compliance: Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) verification .
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records in accordance with company and client guidelines.
- Collaboration: Interact with team members and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Communication: Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or an international voice process is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including graveyard/night shifts.
- Availability: Willingness to work from our office in Mindspace, Digha, Navi Mumbai.
