Job Summary
Lucknow Builders is looking for an experienced, creative, detail-oriented, client-focused, and result-oriented Interior Architect to handle residential and commercial projects from concept development to design approval and site execution.
The candidate will be responsible for architectural and interior design, space planning, 2D/3D visualization, working drawings, material selection, client handling, site execution, vendor coordination, team supervision, and business development.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Documentation
- Develop architectural and interior concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, colour schemes, and material selections.
- Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, detailed execution drawings, and BOQs.
- Create 3D models, views, walkthroughs, and realistic renders.
- Design ceilings, flooring, walls, lighting, furniture, décor, and other interior elements.
- Prepare mood boards, material specifications, presentations, and design proposals.
- Ensure designs are functional, practical, cost-effective, accurate, and execution-ready.
Client & Project Management
- Handle client meetings, consultations, presentations, requirements, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Understand client budget, preferences, functional requirements, and project expectations.
- Conduct site visits, verify measurements, and monitor design execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Guide and coordinate with Junior Interior Designers and design team members.
- Review drawings and provide design/technical feedback.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for materials and execution.
- Ensure timely availability and proper selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
Business Development
- Generate leads through references, networking, site visits, social media, and direct outreach.
- Attend client meetings and support lead conversion and project acquisition.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the project pipeline.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, sales, and business development targets.
- Generate business through new clients, referrals, repeat projects, and upselling.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Architecture/Interior Design.
- Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D/3D design software.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, detailing, materials, colour, BOQ, and site execution.
- Excellent client handling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in team, vendor, contractor, consultant, and project coordination.
- Experience in lead generation and business development preferred.
- Strong portfolio of completed projects required.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Independently manage projects from concept to execution.
- Maintain accuracy in drawings, measurements, materials, BOQs, and execution details.
