Job Summary
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing all warehouse store operations, ensuring proper inventory control, accurate documentation, and smooth material flow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records using Excel / ERP
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
2. Material Receipt & Storage
- Receive and inspect incoming materials
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage
3. Material Issue
- Issue materials as per authorized requisitions
- Maintain issue register and update stock records
4. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain inward and outward registers
- Keep all records updated and audit-ready
- Maintain stock reports and transaction history
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams
- Follow up for pending materials and deliveries
6. Safety & Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
7. Reporting
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Warehouse Manager
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages
Required Skills
- Inventory & warehouse management knowledge
- Basic MS Excel / ERP knowledge
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail
Qualification
- Graduate
- Experience: 1–5 years in store / warehouse
Additional Responsibilities
- Follow FIFO / LIFO system
- Support dispatch and logistics operations
- Assist in internal and external audits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
