Position Overview: As the Principal Officer, you will shoulder regulatory and strategic accountability for our fund management activities within the IFSC. This high-profile role requires a seasoned investment leader capable of constructing institutional-grade investment portfolios while ensuring uncompromised regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fund Oversight: Oversee, direct, and assume ultimate accountability for all fund management operations, investment allocations, and operational protocols within the IFSC framework.
• Strategy Formulation: Develop, articulate, and execute sophisticated macro and micro investment strategies across multiple asset classes tailored to institutional mandates.
• Portfolio Optimization: Continuously monitor portfolio performance, executing risk-adjusted adjustments, rebalancing strategies, and rigorous stress testing against volatile market benchmarks.
• Capital Relationships: Establish, nurture, and deepen trust-based relationships with domestic and international High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs (UHNIs), family offices, and institutional investors.
• Fiduciary Governance: Lead the investment committee, defining risk parameters, asset allocation limits, and strict ethical investment boundaries.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience directly within fund management, asset management, or institutional portfolio construction.
• Credentials: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or an MBA in Finance from a tier-1 institution is highly preferred.
• Regulatory Comfort: In-depth understanding of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) fund management regulations and cross-border investment laws.
