Job Summary:
The Junior Site Engineer – Facade Installation is responsible for assisting in the execution, supervision, and coordination of facade installation works at site. The role ensures work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily facade installation activities at site.
- Ensure installation as per approved shop drawings and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and site workers.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage at site.
- Check alignment, level, and quality of installed facade elements (ACP, glazing, curtain wall, etc.).
- Prepare daily progress reports and update work schedules.
- Assist in quantity verification and billing measurements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Report site issues and technical challenges to senior engineers.
- Attend site meetings when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in facade / aluminium / glazing works preferred.
- Basic knowledge of curtain wall, structural glazing, and ACP installation.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
