Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketing & CRM Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and manage customer relationship processes. This role will focus on generating high-quality leads, optimizing customer journeys, and improving engagement and retention for our Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in B2B marketing and CRM systems, with a strong analytical and execution mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for IIoT products and solutions
- Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads)
- Create marketing content such as case studies, brochures, blogs, and presentations
- Organize webinars, events, and lead generation campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the IIoT/industrial sector
- Manage brand positioning, communication, and online presence
CRM Management
- Oversee CRM system (data accuracy, maintenance, and optimization)
- Design and implement customer lifecycle journeys and automation workflows
- Manage lead tracking, scoring, and nurturing processes
- Ensure smooth coordination between marketing and sales teams
- Generate reports and insights on customer behavior, sales pipeline, and campaign performance
- Train internal teams on CRM usage and best practices
